How we use your enquiry.

When you submit, we save your selected priorities, follow-up answers, industry, team role and size, current process, timing, contact details and any optional notes you include. We also record the source page, submission time and your permission to contact you about this enquiry.

CertiField’s sales team uses these details to assess fit, prepare your demo and respond to your enquiry. Submitting does not sign you up to a mailing list. Avoid including customer records, employee information or other sensitive details in your notes.

Your answers remain in the current page until you submit. Closing the browser before submission discards them. Saved enquiries are available only to authorised sales staff through the sales panel.

During this local review, use fictional details. Before opening public enquiries, the owner must supply the responsible business’s identity, privacy contact, retention period and process for access or deletion requests. Those company-specific details are not yet supplied.
